Appointed with modern furnishings and a touch of the local culture, you have the choice of 1 or 2 bedrooms and most of the apartments have a private balcony or courtyard. Unlike many other Melbourne accommodation places, car parking is on-site and included in the tariff - there is even enough space to park a mini bus if required.

Tram No.1
Travels along Lygon Street to Elgin Street, then through the city along Swanston Street. Passing Southbank it travels all the way to South Melbourne Beach via Victoria Avenue, Albert Park. (30 minute journey).
Tram No.8
Travels along Lygon Street to Elgin Street, then through the city along Swanston Street. Travelling down St Kilda Road past Domain it goes to Toorak Road, South Yarra On the way it passes Southbank, Royal Botanic Gardens and Chapel Street. (30 minute journey to South Yarra).  In the opposite direction both trams take you to the East Brunswick restaurant and entertainment precinct. (10 minute journey).
